We handle everything including international freight and insurance to your destination port. Most popular for bonsai exports.
Customs & Import Duties
Important Information
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are not included in our shipping prices.
Live plants may require an import permit in your country. We recommend checking with your local agricultural department before ordering.
We provide all necessary export documentation (phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice, packing list) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
CITES Regulations
Certain rare bonsai species may fall under CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) regulations. We will advise you if your selected bonsai requires additional CITES permits and assist with the documentation process.
